Trends

Combining data collected from the Arrestee Drug Abuse Monitoring (ADAM) Program with current AARIN data, the following longitudinal trends reports provide information regarding use rate trends for marijuana, cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine use through urinalyses by sex. Also included are trends for self-reported methamphetamine use and positive UA results by sex. While there is a gap between the time when ADAM ended and AARIN began, the analyses range from 2000 through the end of 2008, and updated with on-going data collection on a quarterly basis.
