The Phoenix Police Department, Glendale Police Department, Mesa Police Department, and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) had the largest percentages of arrestees in the sample.

During the first quarter data collection 134 adult female arrestees and 464 adult male arrestees provided a urine sample for analysis. Overall, a higher percentage of male arrestees tested positive for alcohol and marijuana.
